Our barmen present the Hotel des Pecheurs’ 2016 summer Signature Cocktail: “Le Rêve”. With their international experience they have refined their ability and passion within the sector so as to guarantee a refreshing and unforgettable experience for all guests.
The concept behind the Hotel des Pecheurs’ Signature Cocktail was to “fuse air, flavours and perfumes of Cavallo into one cocktail”:
The intense taste of Chambord Liquor, a french raspberry based liquor, is shaken with black Myrtle which represents the essence of Cavallo’s vegetation, honey which recalls the fauna of the island and the summer freshness of lime. After it’s preperation, the cocktail is guarnished with a small sprig of myrtle, flowers and fruits of the island and served under a glass bell infused with aromas of juniper berries, which further recall the atmosphere between the land and sea which one can breathe in on the island of Cavallo.
